SALES AND SHIPPING POLICY

1. PAYMENT METHODS

1.1 Are payments secure?
Yes, we use the PAYU payment platform, which encrypts data securely from start to finish.

1.2 What are the payment methods?
We have two payment methods:

          PAYU: payment gateway, where you can make secure transactions. If your purchase is made through WhatsApp and you want to use this payment method, we will send you a payment link, where you can select the one that best suits your needs. (VISA, PSE, MASTERCARD, EFECTY, AMERICAN EXPRESS, BALOTO, BANCOLOMBIA, BANCO DE BOGOTÁ, CREDITO FACIL CODENSA, DAVIVIENDA, DINERS CLUB, SU RED).

          BANCOLOMBIA: Bank transfers only for use when purchasing through WhatsApp. This payment method requires verification at the time of entry, you must send your payment receipt to our customer service WhatsApp 320 394 9337.

2. SALES AND SHIPPING

2.1. The price of products does NOT include shipping costs. The shipping cost for Cali and municipalities of Valle del Cauca is $6,000 COP, and nationally (rest of the country other than Valle del Cauca) this will be calculated when you finalize your purchase and will be informed to you at the time of order liquidation, before you make the payment. This value will be automatically added to the value of the purchased products.

2.2. If the item you request is out of stock for some reason, we will inform you of the waiting time or we will reach an agreement through our WhatsApp.

2.3. To ensure that you have made your payment correctly and your order is registered in our store, you must check your email as we will send a confirmation email, but if you do not receive it, you can contact us through our customer service WhatsApp 320 394 9337.

2.4.  If you are in Cali and pay through PayU, your shipment will be made within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) once the payment is confirmed.

2.5. If you choose to pick up your order in the store, you can pick it up at our facilities in Cali (Carrera 24F oeste #3-103 Oficina 301) the next business day (Monday to Friday from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm) after placing the order. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, you can pick it up on Monday, and if it is a holiday on Monday, pick it up on Tuesday.

2.6. If you are outside of Cali (rest of the country), you can only make payment through PayU, and your order will be shipped once the payment is confirmed. Please note that your shipment will be made within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation.

2.7. You can only remove products from your order before making payment.

RETURNS AND WARRANTIES

If any of the products do not arrive in good condition, contact us immediately by email at comunicaciones@educambio.org with the following information:
• Date of product purchase.
• Identification details of the user or purchaser.
• Description of the product.
• Your intention to make the warranty effective, with a brief description regarding the reasons for the request.
• Detailed description of the damage that the product has.
• If more than 3 days have passed since you received the order and you have not reported any issues, no exchange or return will be made.
